What are the benefits of this program?

All workouts are scalable, in that no matter what your level of fitness or experience, whether you’re a professional athlete or exercise beginner, it is the perfect application for any committed individual. We scale the load and intensity, we don’t change programs. We all have the same relative body mechanics and what we do is move the body the way it should be. We change how difficult those movements are and not the movements themselves.

Our training is results driven, not industry or trend driven or hype or popularity driven. IT’S RESULTS DRIVEN! We do what gets results. If there’s something that gets better results, we’ll find it and adopt it. We measure this by tracking every training session and workout, and have systems in place to do that.

Our program is designed to identify and automatically strengthen underdeveloped areas of your fitness, that in other programs or workouts don’t happen.

If you want to look like a bodybuilder, then train like one. Use machines that isolate and concentrate on specific muscles and work with a program that trains the body in parts. This is DEFINITELY NOT what we do.
