It is our focus to have you train with us because you have made an informed decision to do so, because you are committed to getting the results you are looking for and becasue you find pleasure in training with us. We do not offer conventional gym membership contracts that obligate you to train for a set period of time. Most of our clients train with us long term, knowing there is no such thing as a "quick fix".

We GUARANTEE RESULTS, but it takes a lot of hard work on your part. If you are ready to push your body and mind to new limits and you are looking for a community that will support you on your path to fitness, Ballistix CrossFit is the right place.

We believe in a holistic approach to training. In addition to working hard while you are at the gym, we will teach you: how to eat properly, proper recovery methods, and other best practices to improve your performance and get the results you have always wanted but never achieved.

    Pay As You Go Membership - drop in rate per session (For individuals that travel frequently)

    Gold Membership - unlimited sessions per week

***All sessions are with a coach. Members are encouraged to train as frequently as their bodies & recovery allows. This is crucial to you achieving your results.***

What to Expect from a Free Introductory Session

Besides getting the opportunity to view our training facility, meet the coach and experience the culture at Ballistix CrossFit, you will also, after having taken into consideration your fitness background and injuries:

    be guided through a general warm up to prep your body for the training session;

    be taught some of the basic movements and techniques that make up our program;

    be given the opportunity to perform the workout at an intensity that best suits your current fitness & skill levels;

    and be guided through stretching and flexibility to ensure that your body improves it's recovery abilities, enabling you to be ready for your next session.
