The Beginner's Course
So you want to get started in CrossFit, but haven't done it before or maybe even a little concerned whether you are fit enough, strong enough or just cut out for it, right?
Well this is exactly what the CrossFit Beginners Course is for. Showing you exactly what CrossFit is about, giving you a chance to learn and practice new movements and to better understand what we actually do and how it can benefit you and your goals of becoming fitter, stronger and better looking.
Of the 5 sessions, the first two are set days and times. Here we'll go through the basic, core movements that make up our CrossFit program. We'll give you the opportunity to do some workouts and show you how we can adjust these workouts to make sure your not over your head, but rather get just the right amount of exercise for your current fitness, strength and skill levels.
The following 3 sessions are up to you to decide when you'd like to fall in with our normal class schedule. We have times at 5am, 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 16:15pm, 17:15pm & 18:15pm Monday to Friday, except no 18:15pm session on Friday. Here you get a feel for what the classes are like, meet other members that started where you are and get a better idea of how we do things. Rest at ease... you will still be given all the attention needed to ensure you know what you should be doing every step of the way.
